Full Release Trailer me and my colleagues Markus Pohl, Jonas Albrecht and Matthias Guntrum created for our post-apocalyptic survial strategy game "Endzone - A World Apart".
Since we were a small team with limited time scope, we pretty much all had to do everything. That's why my tasks included:
- Level building/design
- Props creation, assembly and placement
- Material generation and shading
- Lighting and particle effects
- Foliage and animations
The trailer was made in Unity using the HDRP, combining selfmade tools, selfmade assets as well as Quixel Megascans and a few assets bought from several marketplaces. We also combined gameplay scenes directly captured in-engine from our game, as well as creating VFX, several effects and post-processing in After Effects, Blender and Premiere.
